WHY HAVEN'T YOU SHIPPED MY ORDER?

Kindly check if your order has a pre-order item. If so, please keep in mind that we don't ship pre-orders until they're available and ready to be shipped from our warehouse. Also, we won't ship an entire order if it has at least one pre-order item. Pre-order products will slow down your entire order, so if you want to order other non-preorder products along with this item without delaying the entire orderĀ please place two separate orders.
